The Business Analyst is responsible for reviewing and analysing the company’s product pricing to maintain its competitiveness and profitability. The individual will also be providing information, analysis and tools to manage the yield of the company’s core products allowing the region to run more effectively.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and review pricing across the range of Regus products to help achieve and exceed revenue and target margins in Asia Pacific
- Collect, analyze and present financial and statistical data to track various performance indexes for the business units
- Conduct analysis, provide data insights and highlight areas of opportunities to management
- Help develop and evaluate new pricing models and dashboards in Asia Pacific
- Support management in the development and execution of ad-hoc requests and projects
- Assist in market research and information distribution to sales, marketing and internal parties
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Statistics, Engineering, Finance or related disciplines
- Recently graduated or up to 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a MNC
- Proficient user in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (knowledge in Macro will be an advantage)
- Strong organizational skills, multi-task and detail-minded in a fast paced environment
- Self motivated with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Good communication and presentation skills with fluency in spoken and written English
