Company Accountant - 911 Alarm, Inc.

911 Alarm Inc, was established in 1995. The company operates a 24 hour Central Monitoring Station providing monitoring service for security alarm, fire alarm, and video surveillance alarm systems. 911 Alarm also sells and service, burglar and fire alarm systems, CCTV Surveillance Systems, Access Control Systems, and provided Integration of these systems. The company also markets and sells a complete line of fire fighting and rescue products to government and private agencies.






Qualifications
  • College graduate with a degree in accounting or 4 years experience working with a business in the accounting department, or a CPA
  • Computer Literate with expertise in use of Excel
  • Mature and tough
  • Good communications skills with ability to write business letters.
  • Experience in use of QuickBooks is a plus factor

Job Functions entails the following:
  • General Ledger Management
  • Preparation of Journal Entry’s
  • Cash Management and Disbursement
  • Preparation of Financial Statements
  • Posting of Payables, Preparation of Checks and Releases
  • Preparation of and Remittance of Withholding Taxes
  • Preparation and Filing of Government Reporting’s
  • Communications and correspondence with vendors for payments
  • Maintaining orderly filing of accounting supporting documents


Office location is in Makati

Salary is commensurate with experience and past record

Salary includes basic salary plus bonus based on performance.
