Qualifications :-
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- At least 2-3 years experience in accounting
- Attention to details and good analytical skill
- Good English communication skills
- Computer knowledge in MS office (Excel, Word), E-mail and Internet
Responsibilities :-
- Strong Knowledge in Taxation
- Knowledge in Accounting principles, Tax and The Revenue Code
- Prepares Tax form and supporting documents for PND.3&53, 54 and PP.30, PP.36
- Perform VAT input report for department
- Perform department’s ledger reconciliation and journals as part of month/ year and close
- Prepare invoices and expense statements for data entry of department and post to BPCS-AP
- Liaise with vendors and internal departments on all queries relating to Department’s Accounts Payable
- Track and monitor advances for department’s staff
- Provide information to internal and external customers as require
- Supports Accounting Manager for any other requirements as may be assigned from time to time
