ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
Location:
- General office administration
- General human resource administration
- General filing
- Communicate with customers and suppliers on payment matters
- Managing courier, letter posting, banking cheques, document warehousing
- Maintenance of petty cash and general account matters
- Data entry, sorting and filing of accounts documents
- Preparation of payment vouchers, credit notes, debit notes, invoices, cheques and receipts for clients
- Ad-hoc work assigned by direct supervisor
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
- Have basic accounts knowledge
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
- Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status
